B9 App Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to B9 App. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player" or "you") and B9 App ("we", "us" or "the platform") regarding your use of all services offered through b9app.onl and the B9 App mobile application.

By accessing the website, downloading the app, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. You also confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, the VIP programme, bonuses, deposits and withdrawals. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your agreement with us.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account and use B9 App, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is an adult entertainment service and is not accessible to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online betting is permitted under the laws applicable to you. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform complies with local rules.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, CNIC number, email address and phone number.
• You must not already have an existing account on B9 App. Each person is limited to one account. Opening duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as part of any organised syndicate, betting group or scheme that seeks to exploit platform bonuses or odds.

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC — at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

03 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your B9 App login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• Do not share your login details with anyone. B9 App staff will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

B9 App is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to protect your credentials adequately. Any activity on your account — bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested — is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security issue prior to the activity taking place.

We reserve the right to temporarily lock accounts where suspicious activity is detected, including unusual login locations, multiple failed login attempts, or patterns of activity inconsistent with normal player behaviour. This is done to protect your account and funds.

04 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on B9 App are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to your balance.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed promptly
• Easypaisa — widely used mobile money service, fast processing
• Raast — Pakistan's interbank instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard domestic bank-to-bank transfer in PKR
• Mobile Wallets and Cards — as available and displayed at the time of deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed clearly at the time of deposit. Deposits must come from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may be reversed.

B9 App does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control. Please check with your payment provider if you are unsure about applicable charges.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible, or to a verified payment account in your name.

• First-time withdrawal: Requires completion of identity verification using your CNIC. This is a one-time requirement.
• Processing time: Most withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on your payment method and account status.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum amount per withdrawal request is displayed within your account area and may vary by method.
• Bonus funds: Only real-money funds that have met any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus balances and pending wager amounts cannot be withdrawn until conditions are satisfied.
• Withdrawal to third parties: Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to other people.

We reserve the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. This is done to protect players against fraud and ensure funds are returned to the correct person. Providing false or misleading documentation during verification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

B9 App offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as these general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus comes with a rollover requirement — a specified multiple of the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) that must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The requirement is clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire after a defined period if the wagering requirement has not been met. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers, slots and table games may contribute at different rates as specified in each bonus offer.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus can be applied to your account at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Abuse prevention: Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Systematic exploitation of promotions — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play or any form of bonus abuse — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Right to withdraw: B9 App reserves the right to withdraw, alter or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not affect bonuses already in active use on a player's account.

07 Betting and Casino Rules

All bets placed on B9 App — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 matches, football, esports or any other market — are final once confirmed. Please review your selections carefully before placing any bet.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is deemed placed and accepted once you receive a confirmation message or your bet appears in your betting history. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific market.
• Void bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including event cancellation, abandonment, or where a market was offered in error. Void bets are refunded to your account balance at the original stake amount.
• Odds errors: In the event that odds are published due to a technical error at a clearly incorrect level, B9 App reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake. We will always communicate this clearly.
• Live betting: In-play markets move quickly. Once a bet is placed in a live market it is subject to the same confirmation and finality rules as pre-match bets. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not entitle a player to cancellation of a confirmed in-play bet.
• Casino games: All live casino tables and slot games use certified random number generation or live dealer feeds. Results are final once a round is complete. Disputed results must be raised with support within 48 hours of the relevant game session.
• Maximum winnings: Individual markets may carry a maximum payout limit. This limit, where applicable, is displayed on the relevant market or game prior to placing a bet.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on B9 App. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or accessing the platform through accounts belonging to other people
• Providing false identity information or attempting to impersonate another person during verification
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any way that is not through normal manual use
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are not payable
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports manipulation
• Abusing the bonus or promotional system through coordinated wagering, arbitrage schemes or any strategy specifically designed to extract value without genuine risk
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening or abusing customer support staff or other users

09 Responsible Gaming

B9 App is committed to providing an enjoyable entertainment experience while actively promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is for adult entertainment only — it is not a source of income, and outcomes are never guaranteed.

• Set a budget: Before you start playing, decide on an amount you are comfortable spending. Treat it as leisure spending, not as an investment.
• Manage your time: Take regular breaks and avoid long, uninterrupted sessions. The platform will always be available when you come back.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel you need a break from the platform, self-exclusion options are available through your account settings. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the selected period.
• Do not chase losses: Trying to recover losses by placing larger bets is one of the most common causes of problem gambling. If you find yourself doing this, take a break.
• Keep it private: Do not allow others — especially anyone under 18 — to use your account or access the platform through your device while you are logged in.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on B9 App — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, text, odds data, game content and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of B9 App or its licensed content providers.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display or otherwise use any content from the platform without prior written permission. This includes scraping odds data, capturing live stream content or reverse-engineering any part of the platform's software.

The B9 App name, logo and branding are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

B9 App provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical issues.

• B9 App is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures or circumstances outside our direct control that affect your ability to place bets or access your account during live events.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the direct return of any mistakenly taken stake amounts.
• Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in your B9 App account at the time of the relevant issue.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where limitation would be unlawful.

12 Account Closure

You may request to close your B9 App account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method after identity checks are complete.

B9 App also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. We will contact you before taking any action on a dormant account.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, B9 App reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived funds. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered may still be returnable depending on the circumstances of the closure.

13 Changes to Terms

B9 App may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of B9 App after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you should stop using the platform and contact us to discuss closing your account.
